1. No Spamming
2. Do not disrespect others
3. Never use caps
4. Always call higher ranks Sir/Ma'am
5. Always obey orders from High Ranks within reason
6. Always talk in bold using shift + enter
7. Only HR+ can use coloured bubbles
8. When in need to BRB or AFK, do not do so in security or front desk. Always FTB.
9. No using effects, dancing or wearing casual clothes in base, only HR+ can.
10. Do not ask for Pay/Promotions/Rights
11. Never self Promote or double job.

Policies / When promoting Agents

When promoting, please follow these rules.

If anyone's caught breaking any, there's a chance they get fired, demoted, or just a warning.

1. Do not skip ranks when promoting.

2. Only promote up to what you're allowed to.

3. Do not sell promos. (Only people with the payment badge can)

4. Have a reason for promoting them. (Eg: hardworking, helps people out, and ect.

5. when promoting, put on the promo logs. (Not 100% compulsory but please do)


Note: people that r allowed to skip ranks will be listed out soon. Which will include founders and some other people

Welcome to HCP (Habbo Citizenship Protection) basic training. There is to be no talking during Training, unless asked a question, understood?
(Wait for answer)

 We will start off with HCP Laws.
1- Do not ask for promotions, pay, or RR
2- Do not scam
3- Do not say any offensive language
4- Do not dance, or use effects in base.
5- Do not use colored chat.
6- Do not double job
7- Always listen to higher rank orders and refer to them as sir or ma'am.
8- dont let anyone in without BUM(Badge-moto-uniform)
9-dont use block capital for ex. HI HOW R U??

We will now move onto commands.
FTF = Fill a front desk and help recruits to join.
FTB = Fill a back chair (for AFK)
FTS = Fill the security area
ATT = At Attention, stand up infront of the commander and say ''Yes,Sir!" and wave once, stay silent.
AE = At ease, you may sit down from attention
BTB = Go back to base (base of HCP)
